[01] / The shift
Your feet clock more hours
than most people work.
Out of bed, one hand on the nightstand, putting weight on your heels a little at a time.
The coffee has worn off. The drugstore foam packed flat weeks ago.
Concrete starts winning. Every step lands on whatever support is left.
The drive home with your feet throbbing. Tomorrow it starts again at 6:04.
We built these for hours four through twelve.
[02] / What is inside
The ShiftShell frame.
A firm shell under real cushion.
Most drugstore inserts are foam all the way down, so they pack flat in a few weeks. The Daily Insole is built around a plastic frame that keeps its shape, with cushion layered on top of it.
Semi-rigid TPU support shell. It flexes at the forefoot and stays rigid through the arch. Holds its shape past 220 lbs.
35mm medium-profile arch. Enough support to feel it, without the golf ball feeling that gets tall inserts sent back.
Deep U-shaped heel cradle. It keeps your heel seated on hard floors and your ankle stacked straight.
Cushioned, breathable top layer. High-density padding at the forefoot, built for standing in one spot as much as walking.
Textured grip pads. Heel and forefoot pads keep the insole planted inside the shoe so it does not slide or bunch.

FAQ
What sizes do the insoles fit?+
Seven size bands cover Women's 6 through Men's 13, EU 37 to 47. Pick the band your shoe size falls in and they fit right out of the box, no cutting. Between sizes? Take the larger band.
Is there a break-in period?+
Yes. Real support feels different from flat foam. We suggest a few hours on day one, half a day on day two, then full days from day three. The guide in your order email walks through it.
Will they fit work boots?+
Boots are what they were built for. Pull the factory liner out if your boot has one and drop ours in. Pick the same size band you wear in the boot.
Can I move them between shoes?+
You can, they lift out in seconds. They work better staying in one pair though. That is why most people get the 2-Pack and leave one set in the boots.
How fast is shipping?+
Every order ships tracked. Most US orders arrive in 7 to 11 days, and your tracking number lands in your inbox as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
How does the guarantee actually work?+
Wear them at work for 60 days. If your feet don't feel better, we refund you and you keep the insoles. No return shipping, no forms. Email us your order number and we take care of it.
[09] / From the founders
We are a two-person company. Before we made anything we read through a few thousand one-star reviews of the big insole brands. Two complaints came up over and over: the arch digs in, and the foam dies. So we built ours around those two problems and put a real guarantee behind it. The reviews on this page are verified buyer reviews of this exact insole from its marketplace listing. Our own customer reviews get added as they come in. We do not buy reviews.
