These terms govern your use of standwellshop.com and your purchase of Standwell products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products are comfort products

The Daily Insole is a comfort and support product. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, diabetes, or persistent pain, talk to a medical professional — they know your feet better than a website does.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but changes never apply to orders already placed.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, including the 60-Day Keep-Them Guarantee. Both are linked in the footer and form part of these terms.

Our content

The Standwell name, site content, photography, and copy belong to us. Do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
