Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only.

Rates

• Standard Shipping — $4.95 on orders under $50.
• Free Standard Shipping — orders of $50 or more (every 2-Pack ships free).
• Express — $15, prioritized processing and the fastest routing available for your address.

Timing, honestly

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your insoles ship directly from our manufacturing partner's facility, and most US orders arrive in 7 to 11 days from the day you order. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, and you can follow it the whole way.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 days of purchase, email sawyerhollanderai@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase it down, and if it is lost we will reship or refund — your choice.

Address changes

Caught a typo in your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before the order ships. After it ships we cannot redirect a package.
